Written reflection allows for more honesty without pressure, time to sit with what's being shared, and responses that are considered rather than improvised.

This is a one time written reflection offering.
After booking, you'll be invited to share context about what you're wanting support or perspective around. This might include a personal experience, a peroid of intensity or transition, or something you're finding difficult to make sense of.
I spend either 30 or 60 minutes engaging with what you've shared and respond with thoughtful written reflection.
This offering is not therapy, counscelling, or medical advice.
It is not crisis support and is not suitable for situations invloving immediate risk or harm.
